Welcome to this wonderful finca with pool, Jacuzzi and tennis court. This house in Ses Salines has 300 m2 and capacity for 10 people.
There are 5 bedrooms, which makes this house ideal for families or groups of friends. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with two single beds each (every two rooms share an en suite bathroom). Downstairs there is the main bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, which counts with hydro massage bath tub and shower. In this floor there is another toilet.
There is AC in 4 bedrooms and central heating, so you can come either in winter or summer. The house has a spacious living-dining room where you will be able to organize a nice dinner with your family and friends, relax on the comfy sofas, watch satellite TV or have a little nap. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, vitro, electric oven and a lot more.
The exteriors are amazing: enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, swim in the 5X11 meters pool, sunbathe, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a BBQ! There is a 40 m2 porch with an area furnished with table and chairs, where you can have summer diners and a chill out area with sofas. The Jacuzzi is located in the porch also. There is a 200 m2 lawn area, well decorated with plants and trees, where your kids will be able to play safely. There are also a tennis court and a tennis table.
In this finca there is a hen house, so you can pick as many eggs you need! There is covered parking for 2 cars and much more space outdoors.
This beautiful villa is only 3 km from the town of Colònia de Sant Jordi, where you will find supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and many services. There are boats from Colónia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park. Go for a day trip to this stunning corner of the Mediterranean! You can also visit the Salina, where salt is separated from sea water.
The beach of Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand, is 5 km from the house. Nearby you will find other beaches like Platja del Dolç, del Port, del Marqués and a lot more! If you like cities, you cannot miss Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!
