Villa Braulia is in a great position, a couple of minutes' walk from the seafront. The beach, centre and Pine Walk of Puerto Pollensa are also within reach on foot, along with a wealth of shops and places to eat and drink. This impressive 6 bedroom villa has a large private swimming pool and is a great choice for larger groups who want a good, central location.
The large private swimming pool is set amongst a spacious lawned garden and terrace, which faces south ensuring a good deal of sun throughout the day. If you prefer the comfort of the shade, the alfresco dining area is covered ayou'll also have your own brick BBQ to one side of the grounds where you can create a delightful tapas lunch or dinner.
Villa Braulia has a pedestrian entrance at the front and a private gated parking area at the rear, adjacent to the pool terrace. You can access the front door from both entrances. Each floor of the villa has a lounge with a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors from the ground floor living space open onto the pool terrace, whilst doors from the first floor area open onto a small terrace.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate bathroom. Upstairs is a second double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus 2 more bathrooms. These 3 bedrooms all share the first floor terrace overlooking the local area to the hills in the distance.
