There is a water taxi to the old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen, where fresh fish is served in a variety of traditional restaurants, with wonderful sea views.
The harbour and the small Playa Chica beach, with a dive centre and snorkelling school, can also be reached along a beautiful coastal walk. Puerto del Carmen also offers 3.5 kilometres of glorious, golden sand beaches. This villa has a Wi Fi connection for clients use.

Puerto Calero is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. Many world class, sailing regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants, designer shops and a supermarket are located along the waterfront.
Outside: From the upper terrace outside the living room there are gated steps leading down to a large sun bathing terrace, which surrounds the electrically heated, 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, entered by Roman steps and has a poolside shower. There is covered terrace with patio dining furniture, a large Canarian barbecue and romantic lighting, which offer the perfect al fresco dining venue in this marvellous climate.
This terrace is extremely sheltered and private. Utility Room: The utility room include the washing machine and a clothe dryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The towels and linen are include in the rent of the house. For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and a mid- week towel change.
