The spacious double bedroom and neighbouring shower room dominate the entire first floor. Patio doors from this bedroom open onto a small, sea-facing, private balcony - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and admire the view in its full glory.
You can also access the large roof terrace from the first floor landing, which spans the whole villa and offers magnificent views over the coastline. This is the ideal setting for a lazy evening spent watching the sunset over the water.
The areas of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged over time to form Menorca's largest holiday resort. You'll find a good choice of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a children's play area and waterpark along the main street, only 5 minutes' away on foot. The resorts also have a choice of excellent beaches and a beautiful rocky bay reachable within a short walk. The large historic town of Ciutadella is only 2 miles east and is definitely worth a visit, making a great day trip, by either car, bus or taxi.
