Typical Ibizan farmhouse with a tower of rural defensive architecture from the 17th century or earlier, with architecture with thick white walls that maintain a naturally fresh and spacious environment thanks to the stone and its high ceilings of Ibizan juniper wood.
In the lower part of the house there is a spacious living room equipped with Satellite TV, stereo and direct access to the terrace, pool and barbecue area. From the living room there is access to two bedrooms, both with two single beds (90x200cm). There is also direct access to a large fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and the other with a double bed (200x200cm). The single beds can be pushed together to make double beds. At the top of the house, there is another large terrace with chill-out sofas and views of the countryside including sunrise and sunset.
3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and the other with a wall fan.
Outside we find the pool area with terrace, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The garden area has two levels, there is a chill-out, dining room, barbecue area and sink.
Villa Torre Bes is located on the outskirts of San Antonio in a semi-rural area. You can choose to head to the bustling resort of San Antonio to the west, or head inland to find beautiful countryside and small traditional villages. In San Antonio you have the beach at San Antonio Bay, O Beach, Café Mambo, Café del Mar, Es Paradis, Eden and many restaurants and bars. The villa is less than 2 kilometres from the iconic Pikes Hotel (Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes Hotel) which as well as being a boutique hotel that hosts regular events.
